Pantry Staples

Below are some of the staples I keep in my pantry. I try my best to buy organic, non-GMO, and local. Can’t always be done for various reasons.

Spices: Tumeric, Cumin, Kosher Salt, Hymalain Salt, Pepper (whole and put into a grinder), Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Mexican Oregano, Dill, Parsley, Red Chili Pepper Flakes, Juniper Berries, Rye Seeds, Anise Seeds, Star Anise, White Pepper, Cheyenne , Sage, Chili Powder, Garama Marsala, Whole Cardamon, and Madras Curry Powder, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves (whole and ground).

Oils: I try to buy cold pressed and non-filtered. I use mostly Coconut Oil ( light heat), Avocado Oil (high heat) , Virgin Olive Oil (no heat) , and Grass Fed Butter ( all).

I make my own vanilla, recipe to come! It is cheaper and I know it is 100% real.

Cans VS Glass: I try to buy most things in glass not cans. I especially buy tomato products in glass. Please see the following website as to why I choose not to buy canned foods.
