I love RAMEN!
I know that it is not the healthiest option for my diet. I have experimented with healthy options at home. My latest obsession is brown rice ramen noodles that are baked and not fried. I cook them in a Miso Ginger broth I get at Trader Joe’s. I often add Gochujang sauce and sprouts or green onions on top. Controlling the ingredients helps me to feel better and know that I am feeding my body not stressing out my digestion.
