Avocado 2 ways

Avocados! Love them but the memes about them not being ready to et, not being ready to eat, not being ready to eat, then suddenly OVER RIPE! Is very true. Last night our bunch were hard as a rock and woke up to ready to immediately avocados. What to do? Well, you can throw them in the fridge for up to 3 days but eat them up while you can.

I love to top my avocado halves with Sea Seasonings Organic Kelp Granules. It is an excellent source of iodine ( good for thyroid health and the production of hormones). All you need is avocados and seasoning!

I also love to top Finn Crisps sour rye crisps with smooshed avocado and top with an assortment of flavors. Pictured I have topped two with fermented napa cabbage, carrot, jalapenos, and caraway seeds. Two others are seasoned with Cholula hot sauce. Very filling, nourishing, and packed with flavor!
