Another day another way.

Summer means travel, late nights, family and friend gatherings, and my diet is less consistent. My digestive track needs a break and soothing. My go to breakfast is often a steaming cup of broth. I make bone broth and revitalizing vegetable broth to freeze and have ready! I decided I needed some anti-inflammatory boosting turmeric and a squeeze of lime this morning.
