Buffalo Cauliflower 

Buffalo cauliflower is very popular right now and rightly so. I have tried a few recipes and I have found this little combo to be the easiest, quickest, and full of flavor!

You will need:

1 head cauliflower

3 tablespoons butter (melted)

Franks Hot Sauce or Hot Sauce of choice

Cut florets into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Pour melted butter over all the florets and then shake on your hot sauce of choice. Mix really well with a large spatula until everything is coated as evenly as possible. Spread the florets on a cookie sheet not touching. The oven should be set to broil. You want them to begin to brown and then take them out. They will have a slight bite to them, they should not be super soft or soggy. It should take about 7-10 minutes total depending on your oven.
