Easy, No Seriously EASY
You will need:
1 3/4 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon CUMIN, CHILI POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, SALT
Rolling pin or wine bottle
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients in a bowl until small balls form. With your hands roll this into a big ball and place between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll very thin! A quarter of an inch or thinner! Take the top parchment off and score with a knife. If you take your time and do it well it will cook evenly. Place in oven for 11-13 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes and break into yummy bite size pieces.
You can change up the spices to create a different chip/cracker each time! This recipe is more like a corn chip in flavor but I have tried plain with salt, plain cooked and dusted with truffle salt, a cup of cheddar mixed in, or herbed crackers with garlic, oregano, rosemary, and thyme. There are million more options so try something new and spice it up!
