Keto Snack

I love guacamole! I love fresh salsa! I love radishes!

This is a simple suggestion for an awesome snack. Whether you have guacamole or fresh salsa, or even a cheese dip of sort, if you are not eating chips or crackers you are out of luck. Or so I thought, then I remembered that I love radishes. I love them because they are crisp and usually mild. Yes, there a times you get a spicy batch and that could muddle up the flavor of what you are hoping to scoop up. Overall they are an excellent option for a healthy crunch!

Other suggestions are: thin celeriac root slices, carrots, celery, peppers, thin rutabaga slices, thin turnip slices, or jamaica slices. Many of these fried or baked could make great choices as well.
