I had left over steak and lots of random vegetables in our fridge. I find kimchi to be a multipurpose ingredient. I love kimchi and love spice. Kimchi is fantastic for you gut and packs a punch of flavor very simply. Add it to soups, salads, rice, veg, or meat anytime you want to spice things up!
