Cabbage Salad

This was a crowd pleaser that got better with time. In a large bowl I added the following:

1 whole red cabbage thinly sliced

1 cup chopped cilantro

2 carrots grated

1 cup peanuts chopped

1/2 cup basil chopped

1 tablespoon hot chili oil

2 tablespoons avocado oil

3 tablespoons vinegar of choice

1 lime squeezed

Mix and eat or better yet let it sit in the fridge for a day or two and it gets better and better!
