I really believe in soaking or sprouting my beans. So, I took my chickpeas and soaked them overnight in water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. I proceeded with the rest of her instructions as she laid them out.
I also chose to serve mine atop sautéed greens and onions, a large slice of beef steak tomato. I then added sliced avocado, mayo, and hot sauce!
