I love grilling chicken wings. They are economical and easy. If you do not have a grill throw them in the oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
You will need:
1 lime ( rind and juice)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic diced
1 tablespoon gochujang pepper flakes or paste
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Mix and bag it in the fridge for at least two hours.
