Coconut Berry Popsicles!

Best summer treat full of good fat for your kiddos!

I take one can of organic coconut milk (with fat/cream on top) and put it into my blender. I then add in two cups of fruit. In the below instance I used one cup frozen blueberries and one cup frozen strawberries. I plan on using pineapple and mango next batch! I have two types of popsicle makers but you an use what ever you have, I have no preference.

Additions: vanilla, coconut shreds, any type of fruit, chocolate chips, juice, …
