Mean Green Pizza
You will need:
- one small or half a large avocado
- one rice tortilla
- romain lettuce
- Fermented Jalapeños
- Options: green onions, white onion, green salsa, green hot sauce
Set the oven on broil and brown each side of the rice tortilla. I mashed up the avocado and smearing it all over the cooled tortilla. I topped it with white chopped onions, fermented jalapeños, thinly sliced romaine lettuce, and topped it with green hot sauce! YUM!
