Mean Green Pizza

I love cheese!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE CHEESE.

I also have been working really hard to be the best version of myself. Part of this is embarking on a new fitness routine, I chose CrossFit. I love it and it kicks my butt. It also holds my attention and I am part of a community. Perfect for me right now.

I am trying to cut dairy for a while.  I will never cut it forever, I love it too much, cheese & butter that is!!

This is an excellent healthy fat lunch in 5 minutes.

Mean Green Pizza

You will need:

  • one small or half a large avocado
  • one rice tortilla
  • romain lettuce
  • Fermented Jalapeños
  • Options: green onions, white onion, green salsa, green hot sauce


Set the oven on broil and brown each side of the rice tortilla. I mashed up the avocado and smearing it all over the cooled tortilla. I topped it with white chopped onions, fermented jalapeños, thinly sliced romaine lettuce, and topped it with green hot sauce! YUM!
