One of my goals is a to add and consume a handful of greens at every meal. It is actually much easier than I thought.
Below is my breakfast pizza. I have posted about these gems before.
*puttanesca sauce ( left over in the fridge)
*mozzarella (left over in the fridge)
*pancetta (left over in the fridge)
*SPINACH (handful chopped the same size as the basil)
