Cucumbers

 

I love cucumbers!

I enjoy them in salads, as a snack, or in water as a flavoring. They are a great base for vegetable juice drinks or green smoothie/drinks. I even add them to dressings such as Tzatziki.  They are incredibly healthy! I highly suggest adding them to your diet.

 

Great for hydration and digestion ( water and fiber)

Vitamins: B1, B5 B7 ( help with anxiety and stress) & Potassium ( helps with heart health)

Enzymes that help to cool and or reduce inflammation.

They contain antioxidants.

Cucumbers contain an anti-inflammatory flavonol called fisetin.
