My kids love ice cream, who doesn’t?! We are trying to cut back on milk but want them to still enjoy treats. So, I created this smoothie based off recipes I have seen and what my child will actually eat.
Makes two kid smoothies about a cup to a cup and a half each.
You will need:
*1 teaspoon cocoa
*1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
*1/2 a can coconut milk (including juice & fat on top)
*2 cups ice
* have 2-3 tablespoons of water on hand in case the smoothie is too thick
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until well mixed and smooth.
