Lunch

Rice Bowl: Soaked Rice, Sautéed Seasonal Veg, Carrot Kraut

Choice: Poached Chicken, Thinly Sliced Beef, Slow Cooker Pork, or Roasted Mushrooms

Noodle Bowl: Vegetable Broth or Daily Bone Broth,

Rice Noodle or Egg Noodle,

Poached Chicken, Thinly Sliced Beef, Slow Cooker Pork, or Seasonal Veg

Add Ons: Soft Boiled Egg, Radish Kimchi, Cultured Cauliflower, Cultured Jalepeños, Carrot Kraut

Substitute: Rice or Egg Noodle for Rice

Drinks

Water,

Tea (Green or Black)

Water Kefir with Season Fruit

 Banana Date Smoothie
