Muffin Tin Eggs

This is a new must share and lovely method to make perfect eggs! This method is especially good for when you are cooking for guests or to save for morning breakfasts.

You will need:

*How ever many eggs you want to cook up to a dozen!

*Oil ( I used coconut oil spray, makes the job easy!)

*salt & pepper

*Muffin Tin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray your muffin tins with oil of choice.

Crack your eggs carefully into each opening. Place in oven. Check after fiveĀ minutes and you will see the whites beginning to turn white. The closer it gets to the yolk you should check more often to achieve the perfect yolk for your tastes. I love thick and runny yolks! Pull them out and let stand for a minute or two. They pop out easily.
