Recently I read the book Eating on the Wild Side: The Missing Link to Optimum Health by Jo Robinson. It is an easy read that you an pick and put down at any moment and it won’t interfere with what you gain from her experience and knowledge. In many ways you can use it as a reference tool for what to buy and grow for optimal health.
Through mass agriculture our vegetables, fruits, and eating tastes have drastically changed over time. The nutritional value of the food we buy has changes as well. Jo Robinson helps to narrow down the varieties that offer the most value and how to prepare them to get the most value, which is my goal. I am always happy to learn from an expert.
Check it out! I don’t think you will regret it. I purchased her book on my kindle though I admit I wish I had it in paperback since it is a great reference tool.
